"George"

George was whelped on March 17, 1987 out of Ch Hamrya's Moon Scape v Tyobi ROM by Ch Morshor's Majestic Prince SC ROMX. In his very short life span of 4.5 years, George sired nine litters resulting in 22 bench champions.  These litters resulted in multiple AWC National Specialty winners, AWC Regional Specialty winners and top producing sires and dams.

At the 1991 AWC National Specialty, George won the Stud Dog Class at four years old.  That same year he was also the sire of  Winner's Dog, Ch Starline's How Sweet It Is, Reserve Winner's Dog, Ch Starline's Reign On JC ROMX, and a Select Award Winner, multiple BIS and future multiple National Best In Show, Ch Starline's Claim to Fame ROMX.  All were littermates out of BISS Ch Ringmaster's Gold Fever ROMX.  Later in 1991, George was the sire of Ch Broadstrider By George ROMX, who was Best In Sweeps and Best of Winners at the AWC Southern Regional Specialty at the age of six months.  

At the 1992 AWC National Specialty, George was the sire of the BOB winner, Ch Sporting Fields Chosen One under Breeder/Judge Peggy Newcombe.  In 1994, Ch Starline's Claim to Fame was honored with the Best of Breed win under Joan Fraily.  And then, again, at the 2000 AWC National Specialty, Ch Starline's Claim to Fame was awarded BOB from the Veterans Class under Breeder/Judge Joan Goldstein.
